How our specialized training works:

This is a team effort and is based on 10 or more athletes

You call to schedule the day and time
that you would like us to work with your team
YOU specify the areas that you would like us to address

We do request that you give us at least 2 weeks notice so that we can design the customized training program for YOUR individualized teams needs.

The Cost of this program is only $10.00 per athlete per hour
Minimum of 2 hours
