1. How can I sign up for Vertimax training?
Simply by calling (540)848-4591 and letting us find an available time that works with your schedule.

2. What are the age limits for Vertimax Training
We accept athletes 12 and up but all athletes must be evaluated on the Vertimax prior to joining

3. What will I need to bring when I come to a Vertimax session ?
You will need a good pair of running shoes (No Cleats) and athletic wear. You should also have water which you may bring or purchase at our facility

4. What are the advantages of putting my son or daughter into the Vertimax Program?
Our objectives while working with our athletes is to find their weaknesses and make it their strengths. We do this through a number of excersises and we always work on form and technique. It is paramount to us that all of our athletes not just perform the excersises given, but perform them properly

5. Do you conduct sport specific drills during Vertimax training?
Yes we do. Not every session does the athlete use sport related equipment, but they will always be strengthening the muscles they need the most for their
sport.

6. How hard are you going to push my son or daughter during their Vertimax session?
We push each athlete to his or her own limit and that limit is usually determined during their initial evaluation. We do this for strengthening reasons and so they can see what their full potential really is.

7. My son or Daughter has asthma, can they still participate in Vertimax Training?
Yes, we ask that they take their inhaler 30 minutes prior to attending training. In addition we monitor all athletes who may have a medical condition.
