We have gathered up some of the most common questions asked regarding our program and placed them here for your convenience.
1. When Can I sign up for FASST Camp?
Anytime, FASST Camps will start your ahtletes window of training based on the first day they attend.

2. What are the age limits for participation in the program?
Currently our program is designed for young athletes age 10 and up.

3. What is the required dress attire for FASST Camps?
Athletes must have a good pair of running shoes, athletic shorts and an athletic T-Shirt.
PLEASE NOTE: (TANK TOPS and Cleats Are NOT ACCEPTABLE)

4. What are the advantages of putting my son or daughter into the FASST Camp Program?
FASST Camp offers your young athlete training not usually offered in their individual sports around the areas of Flexibility, Agility Speed and strength.  In addition we teach them proper training techniques.  Combined this can give them the extra edge to truly excel today and tomorrow.

5. Is there a special diet associated with this program?
No we do not prescribe a diet for this program.  However we do ask that the athletes participating in the program do come properly hydrated.  We also feel that it is important to maintain good eating habits while in the FASST Camp Program.  PROTEINS FIBERS and GOOD CARBS are a must for all training programs.

6. Do you conduct Sport specific drills within the program?
No, FASST is a non sport specific training program.  We have developed our program with cross training in mind.  The exercises and drills that we have encorperated into our camps will help your young athlete no matter what sport they participate in.

7. How hard are you going to push my young athlete during this program?
Your young athlete will be evaluated during the first day of training to identify what their abilities are.  We will then place them into an intermediate or advanced level of training based on their abilities.  WE do push each child to HIS or HERS OWN limits so that they can see how good an athlete they CAN become.

8. My son or Daughter has asthma, can they still participate in FASST Camp?
Yes, we ask that they take their inhaler 30 minutes prior to attending training.  In addition we monitor all athletes who may have a medical condition.
